NORTH WALES

DEMOCRATIC COMMITTEE

Welcome from the North Wales Democratic Committee! North Wales is a borough in Montgomery County, and is one of the three historic population centers that proudly make up the North Penn Valley. As a community, we work to encourage voter education and participation, as well as advance democratic ideals and candidates. We welcome you to our neighborhood and hope to see you at our community events!

North Wales Democratic Committee is led by Al Tenney and works closely with Upper Gwynedd Democratic Committee under the leadership of Denise Hull. Both North Wales and Upper Gwynedd meet every second Thursday at 7:00 PM at the North Wales Area Library. We hope to see you at a meeting soon!

North Wales is part of North Penn Area 5, comprised of the communities within the North Penn School District, including Hatfield, Lansdale, Montgomery Township, North Wales, Towamencin, and Upper Gwynedd.

Your vote is your voice.

Now is the time to speak up.

Primary Election:
Tuesday, May 19

Last day to register to vote: May 4
Last day to request a mail ballot: May 12

This is how we show up.

  • We are always looking for volunteers, whether it is for canvassing, making phone calls, writing post cards, or talking to voters at the polls. If you are interested in volunteering, please email Committeeman Al Tenney.

  • We need voices of every age, gender, color, and background to ensure our government is a true representation of our community. It is essential that we take every opportunity we can to raise our voices if we want to see real progressive change in our neighborhood!

  • Be sure to follow us – as well as our local reps and candidates – on social media! Liking, commenting, and sharing their content is a huge help in building up local campaigns.
